The 24-hour cancellation window begins from the time of booking and not from the departure time.
Cancellation requests must be made through our customer support or cancellation request form within this window.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made after the 24-hour window, unless specified by the airline’s own cancellation terms.
Non-refundable tickets and special fare classes may not be eligible for a refund, even within the 24-hour window, depending on airline rules.
